بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف پودر ضایعات خرما بر عملکرد مرغ‌های تخم‌گذار

چکیده

به ‏منظور بررسی ارزش غذایی پودر ضایعات خرما و تأثیر آن بر عملکرد و صفات کیفی تخم مرغ‏های تخم‌گذار لگهورن (های‏لاین W-36)، آزمایشی با 144 قطعه مرغ تخم‌گذار در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 6 تیمار و 4 تکرار انجام شد. مرغ‏ها به مدت شش هفته، جیره‌های حاوی سطوح مختلف پودر ضایعات خرما (صفر، 5، 10، 15، 20 و 25 درصد) را دریافت کردند. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که انرژی خام، پروتئین خام، عصاره اتری، فیبر خام، کلسیم، خاکستر ضایعات خرما به ترتیب 4663 (کیلوکالری بر کیلوگرم ماده خشک)، 17/7 (درصد)، 45/11(درصد)، 64/30 (درصد)، 63/0 (درصد) و 06/2 (درصد) بود. استفاده از ضایعات خرما در جیره مرغ‌های تخم‌گذار تأثیر معنی‌داری بر وزن تخم مرغ، خوراک مصرفی و ضریب تبدیل خوراک نداشت (05/0P). استفاده از ضایعات خرما در سطح 25 درصد سبب کاهش معنی‌دار واحد ‌هاو نسبت به سطوح 5، 10 و 15 درصد جایگزینی شد (05/0>P). رنگ زرده تخم مرغ در سطوح 10 و 15 درصد جایگزینی به‌صورت معنی‌داری کمتر از مقدار مربوط به گروه شاهد شد (05/0>P). به طور کلی، نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که با اضافه کردن سطوح 20 و 25 درصد ضایعات خرما به جیره غذایی، درصد تولید مرغ‌های تخم‏گذار بهبود می‏یابد و از نظر اقتصادی هزینه صرف شده برای تولید یک کیلوگرم تخم ‏مرغ به هنگام استفاده از سطوح بالای پودر ضایعات خرما قابل ‌مقایسه با جیره‌های تجاری متداول است.
