اثر گیاهان پوششی زمستانه بر پویایی جمعیت علف‌های‌ هرز و رشد و عملکرد ذرت دانه-ای (Zea mays L.) (رقم سینگل کراس 704)

چکیده

کاربرد مداوم علف‌کش­ها به­منظور کنترل علف‌های­ هرز مشکلات زیست ‌محیطی گوناگونی از  جمله آلودگی­ آب‌های سطحی و زیرزمینی را در پی داشته است. استفاده از گیاهان پوششی یکی از مهم­ترین روش­های جایگزین و پایدار برای کاهش استفاده از علف‌کش‌های شیمیایی در بوم نظام‌های زراعی می‌باشد. به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر گیاهان پوششی مختلف در کنترل علف‌های ­هرز، رشد و عملکرد ذرت  (Zea mays L.) رقم سینگل کراس 704، آزمایشی به­صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی96-1395در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل هفت گیاه پوششی (چاودار(Secale cereal L.)، جو(Hordeum vulgare L. )، ماشک­گل‌خوشه‌ای (Vicia villosa L.)، شبدر برسیم (Trifolium alexandrinum L.)، خردل علوفه‌ای (Brassica junce L.)، منداب (Eruca sativa L.) و شاهد بدون گیاه پوششی) که در دو شرایط  وجین (عاری از علف هرز در کل فصل رشد) یا عدم وجین دستی (آلوده به علف هرز در کل فصل رشد) کشت شدند. گیاهان پوششی در اواسط بهمن ماه سال 1395 به‌صورت ردیفی و در سه برابر مقدار توصیه‌شده  کشت شدند. یک هفته قبل از کاشت ذرت، کلیه گیاهان پوششی با استفاده از علف‌کش پاراکوات (3 لیتر در هکتار) سمپاشی و سپس کاشت ذرت در درون بقایای آنها در فواصل بین و روی ردیف 75 و 18 سانتی‌متر به‌صورت دستی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که مقایسه تراکم و وزن خشک علف‌های هرز در تیمارهای مختلف گیاه پوششی  با شاهد ( بدون گیاه پوششی) حاکی از پتانسیل گیاه پوششی (صرف‌نظر از نوع آن) در مهار علف­ هرز و افزایش تنوع گونه­ای بود. نتایج نشان داد که وزن خشک ذرت در محدوده بقایای دو گیاه ماشک گل‌خوشه‌ای و شبدر برسیم ( هر دو از تیره بقولات) و چاودار (از تیره گندمیان) روند افزایشی و در محدوده بقایای دو گونه منداب و خردل علوفه‌ای (هر دو از تیره شب­بو) و جو  (از تیره گندمیان) روند کاهشی داشت. کمترین عملکرد دانه ذرت، در تیمارهای بقایای جو (8492 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و به دنبال آن بقایای منداب (6/9335 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و خردل علوفه­ای (10220 کیلوگرم در هکتار) تولید شد. به نظر می‌رسد علاوه بر حجم زیاد بقایای تولیدشده به‌وسیله این گیاهان،  بروز اثرات دگرآسیبی ناشی از بقایای این گیاهان نیز در بروز این نتیجه دخالت داشته باشند. اما بیشترین مقادیر عملکرد دانه ذرت  به سه تیمار چاودار (8/11028 کیلوگرم در هکتار)، شبدر برسیم (2/11321 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و ماشک گل‌خوشه‌ای (8/11914 کیلوگرم در هکتار) تعلق داشت. در بین این سه، دو گیاه ماشک گل‌خوشه‌ای و شبدر برسیم در مقایسه با سایر تیمارها ماده خشک کمتری داشتند؛ اما به نظر می‌رسد توانایی قابل­توجه این گیاهان در تثبیت بیولوژیک نیتروژن و بهبود حاصلخیزی خاک و همچنین سرعت تجزیه بالاتر بقایای این گیاهان به دلیل پایین بودن نسبت کربن به نیتروژن آنها، نقش مؤثری در بهبود رشد و استقرار سریع­تر ذرت کاشته شده در بقایای این گیاهان داشته باشد.
