بررسی تغییرات جمیعت شته Sitobion avenae (Hem.: Aphididae) (Fabricius) و دشمنان طبیعی آن در مزرعه گندم در منطقه سرپل ذهاب

چکیده

در این پژوهش تغییرات فصلی جمعیت شته Sitobion avenae و دشمنان طبیعی آن در یک مزرعه گندم آبی رقم بهرنگ در منطقه سرپل‌ذهاب استان کرمانشاه طی سال‌های زراعی 94-1393 و 95-1394 بررسی شد. به این منظور مزرعه‌ای به وسعت یک هکتار و بدون سمپاشی درنظر گرفته شد. نمونه‌برداری از جمعیت شته‌ها با حرکت در دو قطر مزرعه از حدود اوایل اسفند آغاز شد و تا پایان فصل رشد گندم ادامه یافت. در هر قطر مزرعه، تعداد 15 بوته به طور تصادفی انتخاب شد و شته‌ها برای شمارش به آزمایشگاه منتقل شدند. نمونه‌برداری از جمعیت شکارگرها با استفاده از تور حشره‌گیری استاندارد انجام شد. در سال اول نمونه‌برداری از تاریخ 21 اسفند 93 تا 10 اردیبهشت 94 بیشترین جمعیت شته‌ها با نوسانات کم در هر هفته، در مزرعه مشاهده گردید. در سال دوم در تاریخ‏های 27 اسفند 1394 و 5 فروردین 1395 به علت سرمای شدید هوا در هفته‌های قبل، هیچ‏ شته‏ای در نمونه‌برداری‌ها مشاهده نشد. در نمونه‏برداری‏های بعد مجددا جمعیت شته‌ها افزایش‌یافته به‌طوری‌که در تاریخ 26 فروردین 1395به بالاترین تعداد خود (9/36 شته در خوشه) رسید. شکارگرهایی شامل کفشدوزک هفت‌نقطه‌ایCoccinella septempunctata L. ، مگس گل Eupeodes corolla (Fabricius) ، و بالتوری Chrysoperla carnea (Stephens)  در مزرعه شناسایی شدند. اوج جمعیت شکارگرها در اواخر اردیبهشت مشاهده شد.
