ارزیابی صفات کمّی و کیفی 18‌کلون سیب‌زمینی

چکیده

معرفی ارقام جدید سیب‌زمینی با عملکرد بالا، زودرس و با کیفیت مطلوب نقش مهمی در امنیت‌غذایی، کاهش نوسانات قیمت و هزینه‌های انبارداری و دسترسی به محصول‌تازه در تمام فصول سال دارد. در این تحقیق، 18‌کلون سیب‌زمینی در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی جلگه‌رخ استان خراسان‌رضوی در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه‌تکرار با سه‌رقم شاهد اگریا، مارفونا و لیدی‌رزتا، در سال‌زراعی 91-1390 از نظر صفات کمّی و کیفی مقایسه‌گردید. نتایج نشان‌داد که بین ارقام و کلون‌ها‌ی مورد‌مطالعه اختلاف معنی‌داری از نظر عملکرد کل، عملکرد قابل‌فروش، درصد ماده خشک، متوسط تعداد و وزن غده در بوته و متوسط وزن تک‌غده وجود داشت. کلون 16-397007 و رقم مارفونا بیش‌ترین وزن غده در بوته و کلون9-397097 دارای کم‌ترین وزن غده در هر بوته بودند. کلون 69‌داخلی و 10-397045 به‌ترتیب بیش‌ترین و کم‌ترین تعداد غده در بوته را دارا بودند. در بین کلون‌ها‌ی مورد‌بررسی، بیش‌ترین درصد ماده خشک مربوط به کلون 69‌داخلی بود، که برای تولید چیپس مناسب می‌باشد. به‌طور کلی نتایج نشان‌داد که کلون 16-397007 از نظر وزن غده در بوته و عملکرد کل نسبت به‌سایر کلون‌ها برتری داشت.
