تأثیر سایکوسل بر صفات مورفولوژیک، درصد‌‌ ازت و پتاسیم در شرایط تنش خشکی گیاه ریحان

چکیده

تحقیق حاضر به‌منظور بررسی اثر سایکوسل بر صفات مورفولوژیک، درصد‌‌ ازت و پتاسیم گیاه ریحان در شرایط تنش خشکی انجام‌شد. طرح در سال زراعی 90- 1389 در مزرعه دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه شهید باهنرکرمان، به‌صورت کرت‌های خرد‌شده در قالب بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه‌تکرار اجرا‌‌گردید. کرت‌اصلی، رژیم آبیاری در سه‌سطح (100، 75و 50‌درصد نیاز آبی گیاه)، کرت‌فرعی، محلول‌پاشی با سایکوسل در پنج‌سطح (صفر (شاهد)، 500، 1000، 1500، 2000‌میلی‌گرم در لیتر) بود. نتایج نشان‌‌داد سایکوسل باعث کاهش ارتفاع گیاه شد. کم‌ترین ارتفاع (با 55/58درصد‌‌ کاهش نسبت به تیمار شاهد) به‌تیمار 2000میلی‌گرم در لیتر سایکوسل تعلق‌داشت. با افزایش سایکوسل،‌ درصد‌‌ نیتروژن افزایش‌یافت. بیش‌ترین‌ درصد‌‌ نیتروژن (48/0درصد)، در گیاهان تحت تیمار 50درصد‌‌ نیاز آبی در 2000میلی‌گرم در لیتر سایکوسل مشاهده‌شد. بیش‌ترین درصد‌‌ پتاسیم (26/2درصد) مربوط به‌ گیاهان تحت تیمار 100درصد نیاز آبی و 2000میلی‌گرم در لیتر سایکوسل بود. با زیاد‌شدن غلظت سایکوسل شاخص سطح‌برگ گیاه کاهش‌یافت. کم‌ترین شاخص سطح‌برگ مربوط به ‌تنش 50درصد‌‌ خشکی همراه با غلظت 2000میلی‌گرم در لیتر سایکوسل بود. در تمام گیاهان تحت تنش، محلول‌پاشی ، نسبت وزن خشک ریشه به ‌وزن خشک اندام‌هوایی را افزایش داد. با‌توجه به‌نتایج این طرح می‌توان‌گفت، استفاده از کُند‌کنند‌گان رشد به‌ مصرف بهینه آب کمک‌کرده و می‌توان در مواجه با بحران کم‌بود آب در بخش کشاورزی از آن‌ها کمک‌گرفت.
