ارزیابی برخی از شاخص‌های رشد گلرنگ با استفاده از آنالیز رگرسیون

چکیده

هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی شاخص‌های رشد و ارتباط آن‌ها با عملکرد دانه ارقام مختلف گلرنگ در تاریخ‌ کاشت‌های متفاوت بود. بدین‌منظور، آزمایشی به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در سال 1391 انجام شد. عامل‌های آزمایش شامل سه تاریخ‌‌کاشت (16‌فروردین، 6 و 27 اردیبهشت) و چهار رقم گلرنگ (411، سینا، محلی‌اصفهان و صفه) بودند. نتایج نشان داد سرعت جذب خالص در همه ارقام و تاریخ‌کاشت‌ها (به‌استثنای ارقام 411 و صفه در تاریخ‌کاشت دوم) در ابتدای فصل رشد روند افزایشی داشت و پس از 43 تا 51‌روز پس از کاشت روند کاهشی داشت. حداکثر نسبت سطح برگ در ابتدای فصل رشد به‌دست آمد و با شیب cm2g-1d-1 051/0 - 033/0 در بین ارقام و تاریخ‌کاشت‌های مختلف درحال کاهش بود. حداکثر سرعت رشد نسبی در بین ارقام و تاریخ‌ کاشت‌های مختلف بین gg-1d-1 251/0- 087/0 متغیر بود که در تاریخ کاشت سوم بالاترین مقدار آن به‌دست آمد. دوام سطح برگ در ابتدای فصل رشد روند افزایشی داشت و حدود 50 تا 62‌روز پس از کاشت روند کاهشی نشان داد. در تاریخ‌ کاشت‌های دوم و سوم، ارقام زودتر به حداکثر دوام سطح برگ رسیدند، ولی از میزان آن کاسته شد. عملکرد دانه با دوام سطح برگ همبستگی بالایی (88/0r=) نشان داد و به‌ازای هر واحد افزایش در دوام سطح برگ، 2/12‌گرم در متر مربع بر عملکرد دانه افزوده شد. بالاترین مقدار عملکرد دانه از ارقام 411 و محلی اصفهان در تاریخ‌کاشت اول به‌دست آمد.
