پاسخ مورفولوژیک، عملکرد دانه و اسانس سه بوم‌گونه‌ی رازیانه به زمان‌های مختلف کاشت

چکیده

با هدف ارزیابی اثر تاریخ‌ کاشت بر سه بوم‌گونه‌ی رازیانه (Foeniculum vulgare L.)، آزمایشی به صورت اسپلیت پلات در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 96- 95 در مزرعه پژوهشی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی خوزستان اجرا گردید. تاریخ کاشت در هفت سطح (30 مهر، 15 آبان، 30 آبان، 15 آذر، 30 آذر، 15 دی، 30 دی) در کرت‌های اصلی و بوم‌گونه در سه سطح (بوشهر، همدان، اصفهان) در کرت‌های فرعی بررسی شدند. صفات مورد مطالعه شامل تعداد گره، قطر ساقه، طول میانگره دوم، تعداد چتر در ساقه اصلی، تعداد چتر در شاخه‌های فرعی، عملکرد دانه، درصد اسانس، عملکرد اسانس و عملکرد بیولوژیک بود. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین طول میانگره (89/14 سانتی‌متر) و تعداد چتر شاخه فرعی (17/66) در بوم‌گونه‌ی بوشهر از تاریخ کاشت اول به‌دست آمد. تأخیر در تاریخ کاشت اثر کاهشی بر صفات مورفولوژیک داشت به‌طوری‏که بیشترین تعداد گره در ساقه اصلی (7/6 عدد)، قطر ساقه (97/1 سانتی‌متر)، تعداد چتر در ساقه اصلی (55/4 عدد) در تاریخ کاشت 30 مهر مشاهده شد. بالاترین عملکرد دانه (5/2026 کیلوگرم در هکتار) از تاریخ کاشت 30 مهرماه و بوم‌گونه‌ی بوشهر (12/1774 کیلوگرم در هکتار) حاصل شد. بیشترین درصد اسانس از تاریخ کاشت 30 دی ماه (46/4 درصد) و بوم‌گونه‌ی اصفهان (27/4 درصد) به‏دست آمد. به نظر می‏رسد که بوم‌گونه‌ی بوشهر با کشت در تاریخ 30 مهرماه مطلوب‌ترین تیمار در تولید دانه جهت کاشت در منطقه مورد مطالعه بود.
