تاثیر مقدار آب و کود پتاسیم بر عملکرد و کیفیت سیب‌زمینی (Solanum tuberosum L.) در شرایط آبیاری زیر سطحی

چکیده

سیب‌زمینی جزو گیاهان حساس به خشکی بوده و یکی از محصولات مهم و اصلی ایران به‌شمار می‌آید. از آنجایی که کشت آن هم‌زمان با مرحله داشت و آبیاری گندم می‌باشد باید به دنبال راه‌حلی برای کاهش مصرف آب در این محصول بود. به‌منظور مطالعه تأثیر مقدار آب و مصرف کود پتاسیم بر عملکرد و کیفیت سیب‌زمینی تحت شرایط آبیاری زیر سطحی، آزمایشی به‌صورت اسپلیت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال 1393در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد به اجرا درآمد. در این آزمایش کرت اصلی شامل تیمار آبیاری در سه سطح آبیاری تأمین 100 درصد (شاهد)، 80 درصد و 60 درصد نیاز آبی سیب‌زمینی در کل دوره رشد گیاه بود و کرت فرعی شامل دو عامل سیستم آبیاری قطره‌ای زیر سطحی در دو سطح شامل نوار تیپ در عمق 5/7 و 15 سانتی‌متر عمق خاک و عامل تیمار کود شیمیایی پتاسیم در دو سطح 100 و 120 درصد (به‌ترتیب 50 و 60 کیلوگرم در هکتار) به توصیه آزمایش خاک در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که میزان آبیاری بر اکثر صفات مورد بررسی اثر معنی‌داری داشت. به‌طوری که بیشترین میزان تعداد غده در بوته، محتوای نسبی آب برگ در تیمار شاهد حاصل شد. ولی درصد ماده خشک، نشت الکترولیت و کلروفیل با کاهش آبیاری، افزایش یافت. بین دوسیستم، تأثیر آبیاری قطره‌ای از نظرعملکرد غده نسبت به همدیگر اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود داشت و عملکرد غده در تیمار نواری در عمق 5/7 سانتی‌متر نسبت به نوار در عمق 15 سانتی‌متر بیشتر بود. بررسی تاثیر میزان کود پتاسیم بین دو سطح کود از نظر اکثر صفات مورد بررسی اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود نداشت. در کل می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که هرچند تیمار آبیاری بر اکثر صفات مورد بررسی اثر معنی‌دار داشت، اما روند تغییرات در دو نوع سیستم آبیاری قطره‌ای به‌کار رفته در این آزمایش مشابه همدیگر می‌باشد.
