تکنیک دلفی فازی در تأیید الگوی ارزیابی داستان‌های حاوی دوراهی اخلاقی براساس سنجه‌های عاطفی

چکیده

همسو با یافته‌های جدید در حوزه‌های بینارشته‌ای فلسفه و روانشناسیِ عواطف و شناخت، به‌کارگیری سنجه‌های عاطفی در ارزیابی واکنش‌ خوانندگان به متونِ حاویِ دوراهی‌ اخلاقی مورد توجّه و علاقه محقّقان قرار گرفته‌است. این مطالعه نیز با استفاده از تکنیک «دلفی‌فازی» و نظر خبرگان به پیش‌بینی واکنش عاطفی‑شناختی دو گروه از خوانندگانِ «وظیفه‌گرا» و «سودگرا» در متون حاوی دوراهی اخلاقی پرداخت. برای این منظور، از یکی از روش‌های تحقیق ‌ترکیبی، یعنی تکنیک دلفی‌ سه‌فازی، برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها یا نظرات خبرگان استفاده گردید. این گروه متشکل از نُه نفر از مدرّسان زبان انگلیسی دانشگاه و مشاوران روانشناسی مسلط به زبان انگلیسی بودند. ابتدا، شش سؤال اوّلیۀ راهبردی برای ارائه نظر در اختیار خبرگان قرار گرفت. پس از کُدگذاری و تبدیل داده‌های کیفی به کمّی و تهیۀ نقشۀ‌ مفهومی‌، ابتدا درصد توافق دوبه‌دوی میان ارزیابان محاسبه و سپس از فرمول‌های «آلفای کریپندرف» و «کاپای فلیس» برای تعیین پایایی 72 جفت تصمیم استفاده گردید. مقادیر قابل قبول 0.76، 0.72 و 0.71 به ترتیب برای فرمول‌های بیان‌شده به دست ‌آمد. بر اساس نتایج دو مرحله از تکنیک دلفی، پرسشنامه‌‌ای نُه‌گزاره‌ای با ماهیّتی روش‌شناسانه و با ساختار طیف لیکرت هفت‌گانه تدوین و مجدداً به تأیید نظر خبرگان گذارده ‌شد. پس از رتبه‌دهی گزاره‌های پرسشنامه توسط خبرگان، از ضریب همبستگی درون طبقه‌ای با مدل دوراهه‑اثر تصادفی استفاده شد. مقدار قابل توجّه 872/0 از این محاسبه به دست آمد که مؤید همسویی خبرگان در مورد گزاره‌های سنجه‌ها عاطفه‌بنیان در ارزیابی متون حاوی دوراهی‌های اخلاقی بود. لازم به یادآوری است که جمع‌آوری آرای خبرگان و ارزیابی پایایی آراء در سه راند‌ متوالی در حدود چهار ماه به طول انجامید.
