مقایسه اثربخشی زوج درمانی گاتمن و زوج درمانی هیجان محور بر تنظیم هیجان در زوجین

چکیده

هر دو گروه آزمایش در تنظیم هیجان از گ
هدف: تنظیم هیجان برای داشتن ارتباطات زناشویی و خانوادگی موثر ضروری است. این پژوهش به هدف بررسی اثربخشی زوج درمانی گاتمن  (GCT) وزوج درمانی هیجان محور (EFCT) بر تنظیم هیجان زوجین انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش شبه آزمایشی  واز نوع پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. نمونه شامل 36 زوج  بود که از بین زوجین مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر شاهرود انتخاب شدند. نمونه بر اساس نمره پایین‌تر از میانگین در مقیاس سازگاری زناشویی اسپانیر (1976) همتا شدند و در دو گروه آزمایشی و یک گروه کنترل  هرکدام 12 زوج گمارده شدند. یک گروه آزمایش 10 هفته زوج درمانی گاتمن  و گروه آزمایشی دیگر 9 هفته زوج درمانی هیجان محور را دریافت کردند. برای گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای ارائه نشد. شرکت کنندگان قبل و بعد از اجرای مداخله، پرسشنامه دشواری تنظیم هیجان گرتز و رومر (2004) را تکمیل کردند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که تغییرات در همه مولفه های مقیاس دشواری تنظیم هیجان در هر دو گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل معنادار بوده اند و هر دو روش درمانی  موجب تنظیم هیجان موثرتر در زوجین شده اند. همچنین مقایسه دو روش درمانی با هم نشان داد که روش  زوج درمانی هیجان محور در مقایسه با روش گاتمن، کارآمدی  بیشتری در زمینه چهار مؤلفه دشواری تنظیم هیجانی شامل عدم پذیرش هیجان های منفی، دشواری در انجام رفتارهدفمند، دشواری در کنترل رفتارهای تکانشی و فقدان آگاهی هیجانی داشته است.
