مطالعه تأثیر همجواری و تغییرات کیفیت نور بر بروز برخی از مکانیسم‌های اجتناب از سایه در گیاه لوبیا قرمز (Phaseolus vulgaris)

چکیده

برگ گیاه، با قابلیت فیلترسازی طیف‌های مختلف نور سبب تغییر در کیفیت نور می­گردد. تغییر در کیفیت نور سبب بروز پدیده­ای با عنوان مکانیسم‌های اجتناب از سایه در گیاه می­شود. به منظور ارزیابی اثر همجواری بر مکانیسم‌های اجتناب از سایه در گیاه لوبیا قرمز، آزمایشی به صورت گلدانی در تابستان 96 و بهار 97 در گلخانه­ی تحقیقاتی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد اجراء شد. آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با چهار تکرار و شامل چهار تیمار عدم همجواری (رشد گیاه بدون حضور گونه‌ی همجوار) و رشد گیاه مرکزی به ترتیب همجوار با 1، 2 و 3 بوته لوبیا قرمز انجام گرفت. در پایان آزمایش نسبت نور قرمز به قرمز دور (R:FR) ارتفاع، زیست­توده­ی اندام­های گیاه، شاخص سطح برگ، طول دمبرگ، تقارن گیاه، حجم تاج گیاه و تانژانت زاویه‌ی پایین­ترین برگ گیاه به عنوان برخی از مکانیسم‌های اجتناب از سایه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد کمترین میزان کیفیت نور رسیده به تاج‌پوشش لوبیا قرمز به میزان 50/0 از تیمار سه بوته‌ی همجوار به دست آمد. بیشترین میزان ارتفاع (28 سانتی‌متر) و کمترین میزان طول دمبرگ (55/4 سانتی­متر) از تیمار عدم هم‌جواری حاصل شد. همچنین بعد از تفکیک گیاه به قسمت‌های چپ و راست بیشترین نرخ برهم‌خوردگی تقارن از تیمار یک بوته­ی همجوار (23/0 درصد) بدست آمد. تانژانت زاویه­ی پایین­ترین برگ گیاه (35/1) از تیمار 3 بوته­ی همجوار حاصل شد که نشان از تلاش بیشتر برگ­ها جهت کشیدگی خود به سمت بالا می­باشند. در این آزمایش، تاثیر کیفیت نور بر روی دو مولفه (تقارن و تانژانت زاویه­ی برگ اول) برای اولین بار به عنوان مکانیسم­های اجتناب از سایه معرفی گردید. همچنین افزایش تعداد گیاهان همجوار به دلیل کاهش کیفیت نور سبب بروز مکانیسم­های اجتناب از سایه از جمله کاهش رشد عرضی، کاهش شاخص سطح برگ و زیست­توده­ی برگ گردید. بنابراین در گیاهانی مانند لوبیاقرمز که تولید غلاف و حصول عملکرد با رشد عرضی و تولید شاخه­های فرعی همبستگی دارد، بررسی نقش کیفیت نور و مکانیسم­های اجتناب از سایه از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار می­باشد.
