دزدی دریایی در منطقه دریای جنوبی چین: تهدید امنیت بین‌الملل یا فرصت منطقه‌ای

چکیده

پدیده دزدی دریایی و تروریسم در منطقه دریای جنوبی چین، باعث توجه و حضور بیش از پیش دولتهای ساحلی و قدرتهای منطقه­ای در این مناطق شده است. هر چند این پدیده در گذشته به عنوان یک چالش برای دولت‌های ساحلی به حساب می‌آمد، اما امروزه با توسعه ابزارهای امنیتی، این فرصت به دولت‌های ساحلی و فرامنطقه‌ای داده شده تا به بهانه مبارزه با دزدی دریایی و تروریسم بین‌الملل، به دنبال اهداف غیرآشکار خود در این منطقه باشند. هدف این مقاله بررسی نگرش بین المللی در مواجهه با پدیده دزدی دریایی دریای جنوبی چین می باشد و در نهایت مشخص شده که هریک از دولت­های منطقه و فرامنطقه رفتار متفاوتی نسبت به این دو پدیده از خود بروز می دهند. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام گرفته است.
