پژوهش کیفی سرمایه اجتماعی میان اعضای هیأت علمی با راهبرد «هم نویسندگی»

چکیده

توسعه دانشگاه در گرو توسعه اعضای هیأت علمی و همکاری­ های علمی آنان است که این همکاری­ ها، افزایش تفاهم متقابل اعضا و بهبود فعالیت­ ها و تولیدات علمی را در پی دارد. بنابراین، مطالعه پژوهشی حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی تفسیری قصد دارد تا تجارب هم ­نویسندگی اعضای هیأت ‌علمی را به‌عنوان یک جنبه قابل‌مشاهده از همکاری علمی مورد بررسی قرار دهد. با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و در نظر گرفتن اشباع نظری داده‌ها، 12 نفر از اعضای هیأت ‌علمی در پژوهش مشارکت کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ­ساختاریافته جمع‌آوری و پیاده‌سازی گردید و سپس با استفاده از روش اسمیت و آزبورن (2004) و نرم‌افزار 2020MAXQDA مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. براساس نتایج پژوهش، دو عامل بازدارنده و مشوق از تجارب هم نویسندگی اعضای هیأت علمی تفسیر گردید. عوامل بازدارنده که ناشی از تجارب ناخوشایند اعضای هیأت علمی بود در قالب مضمون افت کیفیت پژوهش و دو زیرمضمون گرایش به کمی­ گرایی و کسب شهرت علمی و عوامل مشوق ناشی از تجارب خوشایند اعضای هیأت علمی در قالب مضمون خلق یک اجتماع علمی و چهار زیرمضون اعتماد اجتماعی، هم­ افزایی، تقویت گفتمان علمی و ارتقاء کیفیت دانشگاه احصا گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که هم­ نویسندگی‌ها موجب ارتقاء سطح سرمایه اجتماعی در دانشگاه می‌شوند و متقابلاً سطح این هم­ نویسندگی‌ها نیز تحت تأثیر عملکرد و بازخورد دانشگاه قرار دارند که تضعیف و یا تقویت آن‌ها را موجب می‌گردد. پژوهش حاضر توصیه می‌کند که در راستای ارتقاء این هم ­نویسندگی‌ها ایجاد بسترهای همکاری در دانشگاه و توجه دانشگاه به معیارهای کیفی در پژوهش مورد توجه قرار بگیرد.
