چکیده
بیماری سفیدک پودری سیب یکی از مهمترین بیماری‌های سیب است که انتشار جهانی دارد و عامل بیماری آن، قارچPodosphaera leucotricha Ell. Et Ev.  می­باشد. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین میزان کارآیی قارچ‌کش بوسکالید + پیراکلواستروبین (بلیس® WG38%) (ساخت شرکت ب آ اس اف) (با دزهای 0/4، 0/7 و 1 در هزار) در مقایسه با قارچ‌کش‌های تری­فلوکسی­استروبین + فلوپیرام (لوناسنسیشن® SC 500) (0/2 در هزار)، تری­فلوکسی­استروبین (فلینت® WG50%) (0/2 در هزار) و تری­فلوکسی­استروبین + تبوکونازول (ناتیوو® WG50%) (0/2 در هزار) برای کنترل بیماری سفیدک پودری سیب است. آزمایش در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با هشت تیمار و هر تیمار با چهار تکرار در استان اردبیل اجرا شد. تیمارهای شاهد شامل تیمار با آب‌پاشی و تیمار بدون آب‌پاشی بودند. ده روز پس از مشاهده­ اولین علائم بیماری در تیمار شاهد از برگ‌ها نمونه‌برداری شد و درصد وقوع بیماری و درصد شدت بیماری محاسبه گردید. نتایج نشان داد قارچ‌کش‌های بلیس® با دز یک و 0/7 در هزار، لوناسنسیشن® 0/2 در هزار، ناتیوو® 0/2 در هزار و فلینت® 0/2 در هزار از کارآیی بالایی در کنترل بیماری سفیدک پودری سیب برخوردار بودند. کارآیی قارچ‌کش جدید بلیس® در دزهای یک و 0/7 در هزار به ترتیب معادل 76 و60 درصد به دست آمد. از آنجا که هر دو دز بلیس® کارآیی مطلوبی در کنترل بیماری دارند، لذا برای محافظت از سلامت کاربر قارچ‌کش، مصرف­کننده­ محصولات سم‌پاشی شده و محیط زیست و همچنین کاهش هزینه‌ها، دز 0/7 در هزار توصیه می­گردد.
