پیش‌بینی ارتعاش تمام بدن بر اساس مدل‌های رگرسیونی تک‌متغیره و تعیین مدت زمان مجاز مواجهه کاربر تراکتور

چکیده

مدت زمان مجاز مواجهه کاربر با ارتعاش یکی از عامل‌های اصلی در حفظ سلامت کاربر از یک طرف و بهینه‌سازی ماشین‌ها و تجهیزات از طرف دیگر می‌باشد. تحقیق حاضر به‌منظور محاسبه مدت زمان مجاز مواجهه کاربر با ارتعاش تراکتور ITM475 صورت پذیرفته است. آزمایش‌های این پژوهش با استفاده از یک ارتعاش‌سنج سه جهته و بر اساس استاندارد بین‌المللی ارتعاش ISO 2631-1 انجام گرفت. اطلاعات به‌دست ‌آمده براساس اندازه‌گیری‌های به‌عمل‌آمده از 18 تیمار و 3 تکرار مورد تجزیه ‌و تحلیل قرار گرفت. عامل‌های مورد بررسی شامل دور موتور در سه سطح 1500،1000 و 2000 دور در دقیقه، موقعیت دنده در سه سطح دنده 1، 2 و 3 و نوع جاده در دو سطح خاکی و آسفالت بود. بیشترین میزان ارتعاش کل بدن و به تبع آن کمترین مدت زمان مجاز مواجهه در جاده خاکی، دور موتور 2000 دور بر دقیقه، و دنده 3 بوده که مقدار آن‌ها به‌ترتیب برابر 1.49 متر بر مجذور ثانیه و 1.16 ساعت بود. ضمن رعایت مدت زمان مجاز مواجهه توسط کاربران این تراکتور، نیاز است تمهیداتی برای کاهش ارتعاش تمام بدن کاربر تراکتور مورد نظر اندیشیده شود.
