اولویت‌بندی استراتژی‌های کنترل تراکم ترافیک در کلان‌شهرها مطالعۀ موردی شهر مشهد

چکیده

 افزایش تراکم ترافیک در معابر شهری اثرات منفی زیان‌باری نظیر افزایش آلودگی هوا، افزایش مصرف سوخت و افزایش نارضایتی کاربران راه را در پی خواهد داشت. استراتژی‎های کلی کنترل تراکم ترافیک را می‌توان به سه بخش تقسیم نمود که عبارتند از ایجاد محدودۀ ممنوعۀ تردد، طرح تردد نوبتی و قیمت‎گذاری تراکم ترافیک. در پژوهش حاضر، استراتژی‌های مذکور بااستفاده از روش ترکیبی دلفی و فرآیند تحلیل شبکه‎ای (ANP) اولویت‌بندی گردیدند. کلان‎شهر مشهد نیز به‌عنوان مطالعۀ موردی در این تحقیق انتخاب شد. براساس نتایج به‌دست آمده، استراتژی قیمت­گذاری تراکم ترافیک با کسب امتیاز 484/0 به‌عنوان بهترین استراتژی کنترل تراکم ترافیک در کلان‌شهرها شناخته شد. استراتژی‌های طرح تردد نوبتی و ایجاد محدودۀ ممنوعۀ تردد نیز با اختلاف بسیار اندکی به‌ترتیب اولویت‎های دوم و سوم را کسب کردند. شاخص‌های هزینۀ سفر، استفاده از حمل‌و‌نقل عمومی و تردد خودروهای تک‌سرنشین نیز به‌ترتیب به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین شاخص‎های مؤثر در ارزیابی و اولویت‌بندی استراتژی‌های کنترل تراکم ترافیک شناخته شدند.
