«استعداد برتر» از مناقشه در نظر تا آشفتگی در عمل؛ چرخشی در سیاست‌های استعدادیابی و استعدادبانی

چکیده

یکی از مفاهیم مهم در حوزه تربیت، مفهوم «استعداد برتر» است. این مفهوم از دیرباز یکی از دغدغه‌های اندیشمندان تربیتی بوده و در قرن بیستم، جریانی قوی در روانشناسی را به خود اختصاص داده است. در این میان، برخی کشورهای درحال‌توسعه مانند ایران به دلیل دغدغه‌های توسعه‌ای، توجه ویژه­ای به آن داشته و سیاست‌های مختلفی در راستای استعدادیابی و استعدادبانی، طراحی کرده و به اجرا گذاشته‌اند. این پژوهش از منظری فلسفی-تربیتی و با رویکردی تحلیلی به ارزیابی این مفهوم می‌پردازد و در گام بعد، دشواری‌های پیش روی اقدام‌های عملی ناظر بر آن را مورد ارزیابی قرار می‌دهد و در گام نهایی نیز با رویکرد استنباطی و استنتاج ضمنی، چرخش‌هایی در سیاست‌های استعدادیابی و استعدادبانی پیشنهاد کرده است. چالش‌های چهارگانه نظری «ابهام در مفهوم برتری»، «چالش در مفهوم ارزشمندی و سودمندی»، «مفهوم استعداد برتر در مقام ایدئولوژی سلطه در آموزش» و «استعداد برتر، توهم ناشی از خودشیفتگی انسان مدرن»، این مفهوم را تهدید می‌کنند. از سوی دیگر در عرصه عمل، دوگانه‌هایی چون ذاتی/اکتسابی، بالقوه/بالفعل، دفعی/تدریجی، قضاوت‌های تربیتی در باب استعداد برتر را دچار ابهام می‌سازد. با نظر به این منظومه چالش‌های نظری و عملی، مطلوبیت سیاست‌های استعدادیابی و استعدادبانی با چالش جدی مواجه است. در پایان نیز چرخش‌هایی پنج‌گانه در این سیاست‌ها پیشنهاد شده است.
