بررسی نقش مشارکت مردمی در افزایش تاب‌آوری اجتماعی سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی در برابر پاندمی کوید-19 (مطالعۀ موردی: محلات اسکان غیررسمی شهر زنجان)

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش‌ مشارکت عمومی در افزایش تاب‌آوری اجتماعی سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی در برابر همه‌گیری کوید-19 در زنجان است. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف از نوع کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت و روش پژوهش از نوع ترکیبی کیفی-کمّی است. گردآوری داده‌ها براساس روش پیمایشی تخصصی و اسنادی بوده است. حجم نمونه شامل 15 نفر از کارشناسان دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز پژوهشی است. از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و برای پردازش داده‌ها از مدل تحلیل معادلات ساختاری و روش تحلیل مسیر در نرم‌افزار PLS استفاده شد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که از میان شاخص‌های تعامل اجتماعی، گرایش به برقراری ارتباط از طریق فضای مجازی به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین متغیر شناسایی شد. ضریب تعیین متغیر «نقش مشارکت مردمی» بر متغیر «تاب‌آوری اجتماعی در برابر بیماری‌های کوید-19» برابر با 853/0 به‌دست آمد؛ یعنی 85 درصد از تغییرات متغیر وابسته (تاب‌آوری) با چهار متغیر مستقل (اعتماد اجتماعی، انسجام اجتماعی، پیوند اجتماعی و تعامل اجتماعی) بررسی می‌شود؛ بنابراین هر چهار متغیر مستقل پژوهشی توانسته‌اند به‌طور هم‌زمان بیش از 70 درصد از متغیرهای وابسته را بررسی کنند و تاب‌آوری را از طریق 17 معیار تعریف‌شده در رابطه با یکدیگر تحت‌تأثیر قرار دهند. 15 درصد باقی‌مانده از عوامل دیگری به‌دست می‌آید که به‌طور غیرمستقیم بر تاب‌آوری تأثیر می‌گذارند و متغیر وابسته تحقیق را تحت‌تأثیر قرار می‌دهند. درنهایت می‌توان گفت محله‌های آسیب‌پذیر زنجان به موازات استفاده از مشارکت و درنتیجه ارتقای تاب‌آوری اجتماعی، اثرات پاندمی کوید-19 را تعدیل می‌کنند.
