تأثیر همدلی قومی–فرهنگی بر قلدری سایبری، نقش تعدیلگر ویژگی‌های شخصیتی در دختران متوسطه دوم شهر اصفهان

چکیده

با توجه به اقبال روزافزون از شبکه‌های اجتماعی از سوی نوجوانان و رشد فزاینده تنوع فرهنگی و به‌تبع آن توسعه همدلی قومی و فرهنگی در سپهر سایبر، چالش‌های رفتاری مثل قلدری می‎­تواند در این فضا نیز توسعه یابد. اینکه تا چه اندازه قلدری تابعی از صفات شخصیتی است یا تحت‌تأثیر  فضای همدلانه قرار می‌گیرد، محل تأمل است؛ بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تأثیر همدلی قومی فرهنگی بر قلدری سایبری با نقش تعدیل­گر ویژگی‌های شخصیتی در بین نوجوانان پرداخته است. روش پژوهش حاضر همبستگی است. همه دانش‌آموزان دختر متوسطه دوم اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تشکیل دادند که380 نفر از طریق فرمول جامعه نامعلوم کوکران و نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه استاندارد همدلی قومی فرهنگی وانگ و همکاران (2003)، پرسشنامه قلدری سایبری مینه‌سینی، نوسنتینی و کالوسی (2011) و پرسشنامه فرم کوتاه صفات پنج‌گانه شخصیتی (NEO) مک‌کری و کاستا (1985) گردآوری شد. اعتبار داده‌ها از طریق روایی صوری و محتوایی و ضریب آلفا برآورد و تجزیه تحلیل در سطح استنباطی با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری از طریق نرم‌افزار AMOS انجام شد. نتایج تحلیل ها نشان داد که همدلی قومی فرهنگی قلدری سایبری را کاهش می‌دهد. روان‌نژندی و برون‌گرایی باعث افزایش قلدری سایبری می‌شوند؛ درحالی‌که سایر ویژگی‌ها همچون انعطاف‌پذیری، باوجدان بودن و دلپذیر بودن همچنان تأثیر منفی دارند. به‌طورکلی، همدلی قومی-فرهنگی تأثیر بیشتری بر کاهش قلدری دارد، اما این تأثیر با نقش تعدیل‌کننده صفات شخصیتی کمتر می‌شود.
