بررسی تاثیر محلولپاشی پرولین بر میزان رنگدانههای فتوسنتزی و اسمولیتهای پایه UCB1 پسته در شرایط تنش آبی

چکیده
باتوجه به مشکلات کمآبی در بیشتر مناطق ایران استفاده از اسیدهای آمینه میتواند در کاهش اثرات زیانبار تنش خشکی بر محصولات مختلف مانند کاهش رشد و عملکرد موثر باشد. زیرا اسیدهای آمینه مانند پرولین منجر به تنظیم بهتر اسمزی سلول شده و به ادامه فعالیت سلول در شرایط تنش خشکی کمک میکند. در این راستا آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار بصورت گلدانی طراحی و اجرا شد. تیمارهای استفاده شده در این آزمایش شامل اعمال تنش خشکی در سه سطح ( 100 درصد (شاهد)، 70 و 40 درصد ظرفیت زراعی) و محلولپاشی برگی پرولین در سه سطح (صفر (شاهد)، 75 و 150 میلیگرم در لیتر آب) بود. نتایج نشان داد، درصد رطوبت ریشه در تیمار 75 و 150 میلیگرم در لیتر آب پرولین نسبت به شاهد بیشتر بود. با افزایش شدت تنش خشکی غلظت کلروفیل a، b، کل و کارتنوئیدها کاهش یافت. هر دو سطح تیمار پرولین باعث افزایش کلروفیل کل نسبت به تیمار عدم محلولپاشی پرولین (سطح صفر) گردید. گلایسینبتائین برگ، قند محلول برگ و ریشه، نشت الکترولیتها و پرولین برگ و ریشه با شدت تنش خشکی افزایش یافت. محلولپاشی پرولین باعث کاهش نشت الکترولیت و افزایش محتوای نسبی آب برگ (LRWC) و پرولین برگ و ریشه گردید. نتایج نشان داد محلولپاشی برگی پرولین میتواند با افزایش درصد رطوبت برگ و ریشه، RWC، غلظت کلروفیل، غلظت پرولین برگ و ریشه و کاهش نشت الکترولیتها تحمل پایه UCB1 در برابر کمبود آب را بهبود دهد.
