بررسی اثربخشی آموزش خودشناسی با رویکرد صدرایی بر هوش معنوی

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش برنامه خودشناسی با رویکرد صدرایی بر افزایش هوش معنوی انجام شد.
روش: روش این پژوهش  شبه آزمایشی و از نوع پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بود که تعداد 40 نفر از آن‌ها با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (20) نفر و کنترل (20 نفر) جایگزین شدند. به گروه آزمایش شش جلسه آموزش خودشناسی با رویکرد صدرایی ارائه شد و گروه کنترل مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. ابزار مورداستفاده در مطالعه حاضر پرسشنامه‌ی هوش معنوی سهرابی و ناصری بود که در دو مرحله پیش از مداخله و پس از مداخله استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS-19 و با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تک و چند متغیری انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان دهنده‌ی تفاوت معناداری بین گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل بود. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش خودشناسی با رویکرد ملاصدرا منجر به ارتقای هوش معنوی دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه فردوسی گردید.
