چکیده

رشد روزافزون جمعیت بر شهر‌ها اثر گذاشته و آن‌ها را با چالش‌های متعدد روبرو کرده است. افزایش جمعیت نیاز به حمل‌ونقل شهری نیز افزایش یافته است. توسعه حمل‌ونقل محور یکی از رویکرد‌هایی است که بر اساس اصول و معیار‌های آن علی‌رغم پاسخ به نیاز حمل‌ونقل در شهرها در راستای توسعه پایدار و پیاده مداری نیز هست. منطقه 3 شهرداری شهر اصفهان به سبب وجود عناصر شاخص ملی و شهری مانند میدان نقش‌جهان، عمارت‌ها و بنا‌های تاریخی و پیاده راه چهارباغ به‌عنوان محور اصلی اصفهان در منطقه از اهمیت ویژه‌ای در شهر برخوردار است. از طرفی این منطقه در مجاورت رودخانه زاینده‌رود قرار دارد و به‌عنوان مقصد گردشگران تبدیل شده است. با این شرایط توسعه پایدار این منطقه و حفظ ماندگاری و پایداری آن اهمیت به سزایی پیدا کرده است. این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ به این سؤال است که اتخاذ رویکرد توسعه حمل‌ونقل محور تا چه میزان می‌تواند برای توسعه این منطقه مفید باشد؟ ابتدا این رویکرد تشریح شده و سپس بر اساس مبانی نظری و اصول بیان شده توسط وزارت راه اصول، معیارها و زیر معیارهایی پیشنهاد شدند. همچنین با استفاده تکنیک AHP این زیر معیار‌ها وزن‌دارشده و سطح اهمیت آن‌ها مشخص شد. در انتها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و GIS وضعیت منطقه 3 با توجه به این‌که چه میزان اصول رویکرد توسعه حمل‌ونقل محور می‌تواند در آن اجرا شود، روشن شد.
