چکیده

برای اجرای موفقیت‌آمیز نوآوری، توانمندی‌ها جهت کسب دانش، ایجاد دانش جدید و انتشار دانش در میان دیگران بسیار حائز اهمیت است. قابلیت نوآوری دانش‌بنیان و صراحت داده در سطح دولت، نهایتاً موجب افزایش سطح اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان به‌عنوان نیروی محرک برای بهبود رقابت‌پذیری یک کشور خواهد شد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر صراحت داده‌های دولتی بر رقابت‌پذیری در شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان با نقش میانجی اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان است. این پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی و ازنظر روش گردآوری داده­ها از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل، مدیران و خبرگان صاحب‌نظر به تعداد 190 نفر هستند که اندازه نمونه با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای (گروهی) به‌صورت تصادفی و فرمول نمونه‌گیری از جامعه‌ی محدود و دقت 5 درصد، حدود 150 برآورد گردید. جهت تحلیل داده­ها از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار S-PLS بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌ها نشان از تأیید فرضیه‌های اصلی (تأثیر مثبت و معنادار صراحت داده دولتی بر شکل‌گیری اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان و تأثیر مثبت سطح اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان بر رقابت‌پذیری) و فرضیه‌های فرعی (تأثیر مثبت دسترس‌پذیری برخط داده دولتی بر شکل‌گیری اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان و تأثیر مثبت انتشار مجموعه‌داده پایدار بر شکل‌گیری اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان) دارد.
