بررسی اثربخشی اصلاح سوگیری شناختی نسبت به ظاهر فیزیکی بر نگرانی از تصویر بدنی در دانشجویان دختر

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر بخشی اصلاح سوگیری شناختی دختران دانشجو نسبت به ظاهر فیزیکی بر نگرانی آن‌ها از تصویر بدنی اجرا گردید.

روش: پژوهش حاضر به صورت نیمه آزمایشی و با استفاده از طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل اجرا گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه غیر انتفاعی صنعتی فولاد، در سال تحصیلی 98- 97 می باشند که 200 نفر از آن ها با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و از آنها درخواست شد تا پرسش‌نامه تصویر بدنی را تکمیل نمایند. سپس تعداد 45 نفر از دانشجویان با نمره بالاتر از نقطه برش پرسشنامه، انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی(22) وکنترل (23 نفر) قرار داده شدند. به منظور سنجش میزان نگرانی دانشجویان نسبت به تصویر بدنی، از پرسشنامه تصویر بدن لیتلتون و به منظور سنجش و اصلاح سوگیری شناختی دانشجویان نسبت به ظاهر فیزیکی از تکلیف کاوش نقطه (دات پروب) استفاده شد. در ابتدا از هر دو گروه پیش‌آزمون گرفته شد و سپس اعضای گروه آزمایش به صورت انفرادی، در 8 جلسه 30 تا 40 دقیقه‌ای اصلاح سوگیری شناختی شرکت کردند. در این مدت گروه کنترل تحت هیچ آموزشی نبودند. بعد از اتمام آموزش از هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون گرفته شد و داده‌های جمع آوری شده توسط نرم افزار spss تجزیه و تحلیل شدند که در قسمت توصیفی از شاخص‌های میانگین و انحراف معیار و در قسمت آمار استنباطی از تحلیل کواریانس یکراهه استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد اصلاح سوگیری شناختی نسبت به ظاهر فیزیکی باعث کاهش سوگیری شناختی نسبت به ظاهر فیزیکی وکاهش نگرانی نسبت به تصویر بدن در دختران دانشجو می‌شود.

نتیجه گیری: اصلاح سوگیری شناختی می تواند به عنوان یک روش موثر برای پیشگیری از شکل گیری نگرانی نسبت به تصویر بدن مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
