بررسی عوامل مرتبط با گرایش و گسترش قاچاق کالا در استان هرمزگان

چکیده

قاچاق کالا از جرائم مهمی است که اکثر کشورها به گونه­های مختلف با آن سروکار دارند. همچنین قاچاق کالا پدیده­ای شوم است که تأثیرات مخرب و خسارت­های جبران‌ناپذیری را در ابعاد مختلف اقتصادی، اجتماعی، امنیتی و... وارد می­کند. پیش‌شرط اساسی برای مبارزه با قاچاق، شناسایی عواملی است که منجر به شکل­گیری آن می­شود. این پژوهش باهدف تبیین و بررسی علل وابسته به تمایل و همچنین گسترش پدیده قاچاق کالا در استان هرمزگان انجام‌شده است. جامعه آماری شامل قاچاقچیان دارای سابقه قاچاق کالا در استان هرمزگان که به‌صورت کل شمار 200 نفر به روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند و در دسترس به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. این تحقیق با روش پیمایشی و با استفاده از تکنیک پرسشنامه انجام گرفته است. پس از جمع‌آوری پرسشنامه‏ها، داده‏ها به‌وسیله نرم‌افزار آماری spss تجزیه‌وتحلیل شده است. جهت بررسی فرضیه­های تحقیق از آزمون­های رگرسیون و تحلیل واریانس استفاده‌شده است. ابتدا جدول­های مربوط به آزمون فرضیه­ها، محاسبه و سپس معادله پیش‌بینی مربوط به رابطه متغیرهای مستقل تأثیرگذار بر گسترش و گرایش به قاچاق کالا، محاسبه گردیده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داده است متغیرهای سن، تحصیلات، عوامل اجتماعی- فرهنگی، اقتصادی، سیاسی، ساختاری، اجرایی-مدیریتی و جغرافیایی با گسترش ­وگرایش به قاچاق کالا رابطه معنادار داشته است. از میان عوامل تأثیرگذار، عوامل اقتصادی دارای بالاترین تأثیر و عوامل سیاسی دارای کمترین تأثیر بر گسترش قاچاق کالا می‌باشد. تحلیل رگرسیون مرحله‌به‌مرحله نشان داده است که متغیرهای عوامل ساختاری، سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی، جغرافیایی و اجرایی-مدیریتی، 000/1 درصد از تغییرهای واریانس گسترش و گرایش به قاچاق کالا را تبیین می نمایند.
