چکیده

چالش­های امنیتی در مناطق مرزی منشأ درون­ یا برون­مرزی داشته و در قالب­های نظامی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی و سیاسی شکل می­گیرد. تحولات در دو سوی مرز بویژه مناطق با عقبه‏های قومی-فرهنگی مشترک می­تواند تبعات امنیتی-سیاسی را هر چه سریع تر گسترش دهد. با در نظر گرفتن تحولات اخیر، پژوهش حاضر به دنبال شناسایی پیامدهای جنگ دوم قره‌باغ بر امنیت مرزهای شمال­غرب کشور جمهوری اسلامی ایران می‌باشد. در پژوهش حاضر از روش کیفی با رویکرد اکتشافی استفاده شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار یافته بوده که روایی آن به صورت صوری و محتوایی و پایایی آن با بهره‌گیری از فرآیند اجماع کدگذاران مورد تائید قرار گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل فرماندهان و کارشناسان آشنا به موضوع پژوهش است که به تعداد 28 نفر با اشباع نظری مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفته‌اند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل مضمون سه سطحی (مضامین پایه، سازمان‌دهنده و فراگیر) انجام گرفته است.یافته‌های پژوهش از طریق تحلیل کیفی و بررسی کدهای مضامین پایه­ای و سازمان دهنده، شامل 5 دسته مضمون فراگیر سیاسی-امنیتی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی، امنیتی و انتظامی و مضامین سازمان دهنده شامل 12 مقوله: ایجاد ناامنی، اختلافات قومی-مذهبی، خرابکاری، نفوذ، فشار اقتصادی، تغییر مرز و ژئوپولیتیک ، اختلال در حمل و نقل و تجزیه طلبی  و 218 مضمون پایه‏ای شدند.نتایج حاصل از تحقیق فوق بیانگر این است که از طریق بررسی کدهای مضامین پایه‌ای، سازمان دهنده و در نهایت فراگیر می‏توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که پپامدهای امنیتی جنگ دوم قره‌باغ تمامی حوزه‏های سیاسی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی و امنیتی مرزهای شمال­غرب را در بر می‏گیرد که می‏توانند امنیت ملی کشور را تحت تاثیر قرار داده و به تبع آن تمامی نقاط کشور را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد.
