چکیده

همواره انرژی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین عوامل تولید وهمچنین به عنوان یکی از ضروری ترین محصولات نهایی، از نظر اقتصادی دارای اثرات قابل توجهی است . کشور ایران نیز با داشتن ظرفیت های عظیم انرژی ، در رده دوم تولید انرژی در سطح جهان قرار دارد و این در حالی است که کشور ایران با مشکلات عدیده اقتصادی به خصوص در دهه های اخیر مواجه بوده است . استان ایلام نیز که دارای بیشترین ذخایر انرژی فسیلی در سطح کشور می باشد ، همواره به عنوان یک استان محروم و فاقد توسعه انسانی محسوب می شود . در این راستا یکی از راهکارهای برون رفت استان ایلام از بحران های اقتصادی و عدم توسعه یافتگی ، مدیریت و بکارگیری انرژی های فسیلی در سطح شهرستان های استان می باشد . در این زمینه تحقیق حاضر با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و کاربردی به تحلیل اثر بخشی بکارگیری انرژی های فسیلی در توسعه شهرستان های استان ایلام با استفاده از مدل Topsis ، به ارزیابی اثرات بکارگیری انرژی های فسیلی در میزان توسعه شهرستان های استان ایلام پرداخته است . نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که در این زمینه شهرستان ملکشاهی با 16.17 % ، شهرستان دهلران با 12.74 % ، شهرستان سیروان با 11.03 % و شهرستان های ایلام و ایوان هر کدام با 10.80 % از جمله شهرستان هایی می باشند و نتایج جدول سوات نشان داد که استراتژی جایگاه انرژی های فسیلی در راستای توسعه شهرستان های ایلام در وضعیت رقابتی خفیف قرار دارد .
