سبک مدیریّت عبور از مانع و رابطۀ آن با اثربخشی سازمان

چکیده

مدیریت عبور از مانع، نوعی خلاقیت بنیادی است که متأثر از رهبری تحولی، بر تغییر و تحول تکیه دارد. در مدیریت عبور از مانع به جای تغییرات تدریجی، تغییراتی از نوع جهشی روی می دهد و همین ویژگی، عامل اصلی تحولات سریع و بنیادی در محیط کسب و کار است. این تحقیق به منظور بررسی رابطه مدیریت عبور از مانع با اثربخشی سازمانی مدیران انجام شد. در تحقیق حاضر که به روش توصیفی انجام گرفت، جامعه آماری تحقیق از میان مدیران آموزشی به روش سرشماری انتخاب شد. برای اندازه گیری متغیرها از دو پرسشنامه مدیریت عبور از مانع و سلامت سازمانی استفاده شد. مهم ترین یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که: اثربخشی سازمانی بر اساس مدیریت عبور از مانع قابل پیش بینی است و بین میزان اثربخشی سازمانی و رفتار مدیران بر اساس مدیریت عبور از مانع، رابطه مستقیم و معنی داری وجود دارد. از میان ویژگی های مدیریت عبور از مانع، دو ویژگی مهارت های جدید و ارزش افزوده با اثربخشی سازمانی مدیران رابطه مستقیم و معنی داری دارند، اما دو ویژگی شیوه های توانمند و تنوع نمی توانند در اثربخشی سازمانی مدیران سهیم باشند. نتایج به دست آمده نشان می دهد به کارگیری مدیریت عبور از مانع به سازمان ها کمک می کند تا درمواجه با هر مسئله نوپدید در موارد بحرانی، بهترین منابع خود را به کار گیرند و با توجه به فرآیند ارزش آفرینی باعث تکامل کارکنان از طریق یادگیری از تجارب گذشته به منظور کسب ارزش های جدید شوند.
