هوش سازمانی: طراحی مدل سلسله مراتبی برای دانشگاه های دولتی ایران با رویکرد دیماتل

چکیده

هوش سازمانی از چالش های اساسی سازمان های نوآور امروز است که به کارگیری آن در دانشگاه های دولتی کشور نیز امری ضروری به نظر می رسد. به همین دلیل دستیابی به مدلی علت و معلولی، که ابعاد و مؤلفه های مختلف هوش سازمانی دانشگاه-های دولتی ایران را تبیین کند، در این پژوهش مورد توجه قرار گرفت. ازاین رو، با بررسی ادبیات موضوع، ابعاد و مؤلفه های هوش سازمانی استخراج شد و با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان دانشگاهی، ابعاد و مؤلفه های آن در دانشگاه های دولتی ایران احصا و مدلی مفهومی تدوین گردید. سپس با استفاده از روش دیماتل روابط بین ابعاد و مؤلفه های این مدل مشخص و شبکه روابط به صورتی یکپارچه صورت بندی و مدلی تحلیلی طراحی شد که بیانگر شدت اثر ابعاد و مؤلفه ها بر هم می باشد. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهند هوش سازمانی دانشگاه های دولتی ایران، شامل هشت بعد است که هریک از این ابعاد، خود دارای چند مؤلفه (جمعاً 36 مؤلفه) می باشند. این ابعاد عبارتند از: ساختاری، فرهنگی، راهبردی، ارتباطی، اطلاعاتی، فرآیندی، رفتاری و محیطی. ابعاد محیطی، ساختاری، اطلاعاتی، فرهنگی و راهبردی، گروه علت ها (اثرگذارها) و ابعاد ارتباطی، فرآیندی و رفتاری، گروه معلول ها (اثرپذیرها) را تشکیل می دهند. روابط میان مؤلفه های هریک از این ابعاد نیز به نوبه خود بررسی و مدل های علت و معلولی آنها طراحی شد. با توجه به 36 مؤلفه مدل، پرسشنامه ای طراحی گردید که برای اندازه گیری نیم رخ هوش سازمانی دانشگاه های دولتی کشور قابل استفاده می باشد.
