درک تاثیرگذاری بالندگی و عدالت سازمانی از منظر شاخص های رفتاری

چکیده

این مقاله، تاثیر بالندگی و عدالت سازمانی را بر شاخص های رفتاری مورد بررسی قرار می دهد. برای دست یابی به این هدف، رابطه بین بالندگی سازمانی، ابعاد عدالت سازمانی (عدالت رویه ای، عدالت تعاملی و عدالت توزیعی) و شاخص های رفتاری (تعهد سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی) با استفاده از یک مدل مفهومی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. داده ها از بین 197 پرستار شاغل در بیمارستان قائم (عج) شهر مشهد به روش پیمایشی جمع آوری گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده های جمع-آوری شده، آزمون حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS) و رویه هالاند به کار گرفته شد. نتایج نشان می دهد بالندگی سازمانی، رابطه مثبت و معناداری با تعهد و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی دارد. همچنین، رابطه مثبت و معناداری بین ابعاد عدالت سازمانی با شاخص های رفتاری به دست آمد. در واقع، نتایج به دست آمده متضمن این نکته است که بالندگی و ابعاد عدالت سازمانی می تواند تاثیرگذاری زیادی بر شاخص های رفتاری از جمله، تعهد و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی داشته باشد.
