بررسی نقش واسط مدیریت دانش بر رابطه بین عدم اطمینان محیطی و نوآوری سازمانی

چکیده

در محیط پویا و غیر قابل اطمینان امروزی، دانش، منبعی استراتژیک است که به سازمان ها در کسب مزیت رقابتی، و نوآوری برای بقا و ماندگاری، کمک شایانی می کند. در این تحقیق، روابط بین عدم اطمینان محیطی و نوآوری سازمانی با نقش واسط مدیریت دانش مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. داده ها از 89 شرکت تولیدی متوسط و بزرگ شهرستان مشهد از طریق پرسشنامه جمع آوری و تجزیه وتحلیل شد. نتایج حاصل از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار پی. ال. اس، نقش واسط مدیریت دانش بین عدم اطمینان محیطی و نوآوری سازمانی را پشتیبانی و تایید کرد. عدم اطمینان محیطی، باعث افزایش کاربرد مدیریت دانش در سازمان شده است که به نوبه ی خود بر نوآوری سازمانی نیز تاثیرگذار می باشد.
