شناسایی نماتدهای پارازیت گیاهی جمع‌آوری‌شده از مزارع حبوبات در استان خراسان شمالی

چکیده

به‌منظور شناسایی نماتدهای انگل گیاهی مزارع حبوبات، مجموعاً 41 نمونه ریشه و خاک اطراف ریشه‌های نخود، لوبیا و عدس از مزارع کشت این محصولات در مناطق مختلف استان خراسان شمالی جمع‌آوری و نماتدهای موجود در آن‌ها با استفاده از روش الک و سانتریفیوژ استخراج گردید. پس از تهیه اسلایدهای میکروسکوپی، نماتدهای استخراج شده با استفاده از منابع معتبر علمی مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت. در این بررسی 11 گونه نماتد از هفت جنس متعلق به زیرراسته‌های Tylenchina و Aphelenchina شامل گونه‌های Aphelenchoides limberi، A. spicomucronatus، Aphelenchus avenae، Ditylenchus adasi، D. tenuidens، Filenchus cylindricaudus، F. thornei، Geocenamus tenuidens، Helicotylenchus vulgaris، Pratylenchus neglectus و P. thornei تشخیص داده شد. در بین گونه‌های شناسایی شده، گونه Ditylenchus adasi برای اولین بار از ایران گزارش می‌شود.
