ارزیابی صفات مورفولوژیکی و زراعی برخی ژنوتیپ‌های نخود (Cicer arietinum)

چکیده
نخود (Cicer arietinum) گیاهی خودگرده‌افشان با تعداد کروموزم 16x=2n=2 می­باشد که به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین منبع پروتئین گیاهی در جهان شناخته شده است. 15ژنوتیپ نخود برای پارامترهای مختلف عملکرد در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در شرایط مزرعه ارزیابی شدند. در این تحقیق صفاتی مانند ارتفاع بوته، تعداد شاخه اولیه، تعداد شاخه ثانویه، تعداد کل غلاف در بوته، تعداد گره در ساقه، تعداد غلاف تک­بذر، تعداد غلاف دو­بذر، تعداد غلاف پوک، وزن دانه با پوسته غلاف، وزن100دانه، وزن کل دانه با کاه، تعداد غلاف بارور، تعداد دانه در بوته، تعداد دانه در غلاف، وزن خشک ساقه تک­بوته، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیکی، عملکرد کاه، شاخص برداشت و تلاش زاد­آوری ارزیابی شدند. وجود تغییرات بسیارمعنی­داری برای صفات وزن100دانه، عملکرد دانه و تعداد غلاف در هر بوته نشان‌دهنده تنوع ژنتیکی بین ژنوتیپ­های مورد مطالعه برای این صفات است. بر اساس نتایج مقایسه میانگین مشخص شد که ژنوتیپ­های 15G ،8G، 1G و 6G به ترتیب دارای بالاترین عملکرد دانه و در بین آن‌ها دو ژنوتیپ 8G و 15G از نظر عملکرد دانه و بیولوژیکی مناسب­ترین هستند. نتایج همبستگی ژنوتیپی و فنوتیپی، رگرسیون گام‌به‌گام و تجزیه علیت نشان داد که وزن100­دانه، وزن دانه با پوسته غلاف تک­بوته (دانه + پوسته) و تعداد غلاف تک­بذر بیشترین تأثیر را روی عملکرد دانه دارند. می­توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که وزن دانه با پوسته غلاف تک بوته، وزن100­دانه و تعداد غلاف تک­بذر صفات مناسبی برای اصلاح عملکرد دانه و گزینش ژنوتیپ­هایی با عملکرد دانه بالاتر در نخود می­باشند. با توجه به این‌که عملکرد بالا یکی از معیار­های اصلی اکثر کشاورزان برای شناسایی و انتخاب ژنوتیپ­های برتر است، بنابراین برای اصلاح نخود، ژنوتیپ­های با عملکرد بالا می­توانند از طریق دورگ­گیری یا مستقیماً توسط کشاورزان استفاده شوند.
