تحلیل معنای کنشگری معلم در مقالات مجله رشد معلم: مبتنی بر رویکرد تحلیل گفتمان انتقادی فرکلاف

چکیده

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، تحلیل گفتمان حاکم بر کنشگری معلم در مقالات مجله رشد معلم منتشر شده در سال‌های 1396-1390 می‌باشد. برای دستیابی به این هدف از  روش تحلیل گفتمان انتقادی فرکلاف بهره گرفته شد.  بنابراین، گفتمان شکل‌دهنده به کنشگری معلم در مقالات مجلات رشد معلم در سطوح سه‌گانه مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت و نسبت آن با شرایط اجتماعی تصریح شد. یافته‌های پژوهش در سطح اول که حاصل  توصیف مؤلفه‌های متن بود ناظر به کسب مهارت‌های یکسان، برخورداری از حقوق معلمان در ازای کسب مهارت‌ها، شاخص­های کمی در سنجش عملکرد، قرار گرفتن معلم در خدمت توسعه، دولت و جامعه، تأثیرپذیری از مطالبات خانواده­ها، پاسخگویی به انتظارات جامعه و داشتن نقش الگویی و اقناعی در برآورده ساختن این خواسته­ها می‌باشد. همچنین در سطح تفسیر، غلبه رویکرد کارکردگرایی و غلبه نگاه کمی بر فرهنگ،  اولویت رویکرد ماشینی و توسعه‌ای، سیطره منطق بازار، سیطره تمرکزگرایی، در نظر گرفتن معلمان به عنوان یک قشر و نادیده گرفتن نگاه انتقادی در عرصه فرهنگ پاسخ‌هایی بود که به سؤال فوق داده شد. در سطح تبیین؛ علاوه بر کمیت­گرایی در عرصه اجتماعی و فرهنگی مواردی از قبیل، توسعه محور بودن جریان مدرنیسم در ایران، غلبه تصویری مشخص از شهروند نمونه، و غلبه پیش‌فرض تقابل فرهنگی با سایر ملل و مریض انگاشتن جامعه در دوره معاصر به دست آمد.
