اثر ورمی‌کمپوست و نیتروکسین بر رشد رویشی و برخی صفات بیوشیمیایی در گیاه دارویی اکلیل کوهی (.Rosmarinus officinalis L)

چکیده

اکلیل کوهی (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) گیاهی چندساله، همیشه سبز و معطر از خانواده نعناعیان است. بخش‌های رویشی این گیاه حاوی اسانس و دارای خواص آنتی‌اکسیدانی و ضد باکتریایی بوده و در صنایع داروسازی، غذایی و آرایشی و بهداشتی بطور گسترده کاربرد دارند. به منظور بررسی اثر کودهای بیولوژیک بر عملکرد رشد، میزان رنگیزه‌های فتوسنتزی، فلاونوئیدها، درصد و عملکرد اسانس در گیاه دارویی اکلیل کوهی آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل، در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با دو عامل ورمی‌کمپوست (0، 10، 20، 30 و 40 درصد حجم گلدان) و نیتروکسین (تلقیح و عدم تلقیح) با 4 تکرار در دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی ساری در سال‌های 92-1391به اجرا در آمد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین میزان وزن تر (55/71 گرم) و خشک در بوته (37/31 گرم) در تیمار 40 درصد ورمی‌کمپوست با تلقیح نیتروکسین بدست آمد. بیشترین میزان کلروفیل a (89/25 میلی‌گرم در گرم) در تیمار 30 درصد ورمی‌کمپوست، کلروفیل b در تیمارهای 20 و 30 درصد ورمی‌کمپوست ( به ترتیب 13/2 و 81/1 میلی‌گرم در گرم) و کلروفیل کل (77/27 میلی‌گرم در گرم) در تیمار 20 درصد ورمی‌کمپوست با تلقیح نیتروکسین مشاهده شد. میزان فلاونوئیدهای برگ در تیمار 10 درصد ورمی‌کمپوست با تلقیح نیتروکسین بالاترین مقدار ( 35/6 میلی‌گرم در گرم) بود و بیشترین عملکرد اسانس نیز در تیمارهای 20 و 30 درصد ورمی‌کمپوست ( به ترتیب 263/0 و 272/0 گرم در بوته) بدست آمد. این نتایج نشان می‌دهند که کاربرد ورمی‌کمپوست و نیتروکسین به تنهایی و یا به طور همزمان تاثیر مثبت بر رشد، رنگیزه‌ها و اسانس اکلیل کوهی دارند.
