چکیده

به منظور شناسایی نماتدهای انگل گیاهی مزارع کلزای استان خراسان شمالی، طی سال های 1386و1387 تعداد 40 نمونه خاک و ریشه از مزارع مناطق مختلف استان جمع آوری گردید. نماتدهای استخراج شده با استفاده از روش سین هورست ((Sein-horst, 1959 تثبیت و به گلیسرین منتقل شدند. پس از تهیه اسلایدهای میکروسکوپی دائمی، خصوصیات ریخت شناسی و ریخت سنجی نماتدهای استخراج شده با استفاده از میکروسکوپ نوری بررسی شد. در این تحقیق پنج گونه نماتد از جنس Aphelenchoides شامل گونه های A. limberi، A. daubichaensis A. delhiensis، A. confusus و A. rutgersi شناسایی شدند که چهار گونه آخر برای اولین بار از ایران گزارش و توصیف می شوند.
