چکیده | ||
چکیده هدف این پژوهش پیشبینی اقدام سطحی و اقدام عمیق بر اساس حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده با نقش میانجی سرسختی روانشناختی در پرستاران بیمارستانهای عمومی شهرستان خرمآباد است. روش پژوهش همبستگی است که از طریق الگو یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شده و جامعه پژوهش، پرستاران بیمارستانهای عمومی شهرستان خرمآباد است که از میان آنها 224 نفر با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی مرحلهای انتخاب شدند که به پرسشنامههای حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده زیمت و همکاران (1988)، مدیریت هیجانات شغلی دیفندورف و همکاران (2005) و سرسختی روانشناختی کوباسا و همکاران (1982) پاسخ دادند. یافتهها نشان داد که حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده نوع مدیریت هیجانات شغلی را پیشبینی میکند و همچنین یافتهها، نقش میانجی سرسختی روانشناختی را در رابطه بین حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و اقدام سطحی؛ همچنین در رابطه بین حمایت اجتماعی و اقدام عمیق مورد تأیید قرار داد. با توجه به نتایج، حمایت اجتماعی با افزایش سرسختی روانشناختی، باعث میشود افراد بهطور مناسب به مقتضیات هیجانی شغل پاسخ دهند. | ||
