چکیده

 
با توجه به اهمیت کار گروهی و تأثیر آن بر کارایی و  اثربخشی، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر انجام کار گروهی به‌صورت اثربخش و ارائه راهکارهای لازم در شرکت آب و فاضلاب استان خراسان جنوبی است. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی است و به لحاظ بعد زمانی، مقطعی و همچنین به لحاظ استراتژی، از نوع کمّی است و از نظر هدف، جزء پژوهش‌های کاربردی محسوب می‌شود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کارکنان شرکت آب و فاضلاب شهری خراسان جنوبی در سال 1398 بوده که حجم کل جامعه آماری برابر با 200 نفر است؛ بنابراین با استفاده از جدول مورگان 127 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. حجم نمونه با روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‏ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر اساس مدل نظری بوده است. ضرایب  پایایی ترکیبی شاخص­های مدل همگی بالاتر از 7/0 بوده و سازگاری درونی مدل تأیید گردید. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار اس پی اس اس و پی ال اس استفاده شده است. نتایج تحلیل فرضیات تحقیق نشان داد ابعاد ترکیب گروه، ساختار گروه، منابع در دسترس، ساختار سازمان بر بعد فرایندهای گروهی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند و فرایندهای گروهی نیز بر اثربخشی کار گروهی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند. نقش تعدیل‌گر وظایف گروهی در رابطه فرایندهای گروهی و اثربخشی کار گروهی رد شد.
