چکیده | ||
چکیده هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی میزان اهمالکاری در نسلهای مختلف کارکنان بخش خدمات صنعت بانکداری است. در این پژوهش از روش کمّی برای تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد. پس از توزیع پرسشنامهها بین 410 نفر از کارکنان بانکهای خصوصی در شهر تهران، از آزمونهای تحلیل واریانس و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی برای بررسی تفاوتهای بین نسلی بهره گرفته شد. با عنایت به نتایج بهدستآمده، معین شد که میزان اهمالکاری و مؤلفههای سهگانه آن، در میان سه نسل، با یکدیگر تفاوت معنادار دارد. بدینصورت که اختلاف معناداری بین نسلها در فقدان انرژی، حواسپرتی و عدم پشتکار عاطفی وجود دارد و درمجموع، اختلاف معناداری بین نسلها در میزان اهمالکاری وجود دارد. همچنین متولدین دهههای 60 و 70 شمسی اهمالکاری بیشتری نسبت به دو نسل دیگر دارند. این امر میتواند کاربستهای مدیریتی با ارزشی برای مدیران در بانک (بهطور اخص) و سایر سازمانها (بهطور اعم) به دنبال داشته باشد. | ||
