تقویت توسعۀ پایدار روستایی از طریق مشارکت روستاییان: شواهد تجربی از ناحیۀ دولت‌آباد شهرستان جیرفت

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به واکاوی نقش مشارکت روستاییان در توسعۀ پایدار سکونتگاه‌های روستایی ناحیه دولت‌آباد می‌پردازد. مشارکت به‌مثابه سنگ بنای توسعۀ روستایی در کنار دیگر عوامل تأثیرگذار شناخته می‌شود. روستاییان به‌عنوان مشارکت‌کنندگان فعال در تأمین نیروی انسانی لازم برای این سکونتگاه‌ها ضروری هستند. براین‌مبنا، مشارکت روستاییان برای ارتقای ابعاد توسعۀ پایدار روستایی اساسی تلقی می‌شود. این تحقیق کمی با استفاده از روش توصیفی ـ پیمایشی و گردآوری داده‌های مبتنی بر پرسش‌نامه، هم‌بستگی مثبتی را میان مشارکت روستاییان در برنامه‌ها و طرح‌های اجراشده و توسعۀ پایدار سکونتگاه‌های روستایی نشان می‌دهد. با افزایش مشارکت روستاییان، میانگین تصور توسعۀ پایدار روستایی نیز افزایش می‌یابد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل رگرسیون استانداردشده، رابطۀ مثبت معناداری را میان مشارکت روستاییان و توسعۀ پایدار روستایی با ضریب بتای 897/0 نشان می‌دهد (000/0=p). افزون‌براین، بار عاملی برای بعد مشارکت روستاییان در مدل توسعۀ پایدار روستایی 90/0 است. ارزیابی مدل از طریق تحلیل کای اسکوئر نشان‌دهندۀ تناسب خوبی میان مدل و داده‌ها است. مقدار آمارة کای دو 251/161 و درجة آزادی 87 است. نسبت کای دو به درجۀ آزادی 85/1 زیر آستانه پیشنهاد شده 0/2 است. افزون‌براین، شاخص‌های برازش به شکل گروهی از هم‌سویی داده‌ها با مدل پیشنهادی پشتیبانی و چهارچوب مفهومی را تأیید می‌کنند. برمبنای یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر، می‌توان شاخص‌های مشارکت روستاییان را در طرح‌ها و برنامه‌های کشاورزی، صنعتی، خدماتی و طرح‌های گردشگری ارتقاء داد و روحیۀ هم‌کاری را میان روستاییان تقویت کرد. تحقق این موضوع، امکان توسعۀ ابعاد محیطی ـ اکولوژیک، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، کالبدی ـ زیربنایی سکونتگاه‌های روستایی را فراهم می‌کند.
