چکیده

مقدمه: هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی چالش‌ها و راهکارهایی می‌باشد که دانش‌آموزان در استفاده‌ از موتور جستجوی ایرانی "پارسی‌جو" با آن-ها مواجه بوده‌اند.

روش‌شناسی: در این پژوهش کیفی از روش تحقیق پدیدارشناسی استفاده شده است. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری شده-اند. نمونه مورد بررسی، از میان 108 دانش‌آموز پایه‌ی هشتم، 16 نفر بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند گلوله برفی تا رسیدن به حد اشباع نظری انتخاب شده‌اند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده-ها از روش کدگذاری گلاسر و استراوس استفاده شده است. به منظور کسب روایی و پایایی از روش بازبینی و تطبیق مکرر و متوالی داده-ها استفاده شده است.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که دانش‌آموزان در استفاده از موتور جستجوی "پارسی‌جو" با چند نوع چالش مهم مواجهند. دانش‌آموزان، از چالش‌های مهم بازدارنده به فراگیری و تبلیغات گسترده‌ی موتورهای جستجوی خارجی، کمبودها و ضعف‌های عملکردی موتور جستجوی پارسی‌جو و عدم آگاهی اشاره کرده‌اند. همچنین دانش‌آموزان کم‌کاری معلمان را در استفاده دانش‌آموزان از موتور جستجوی "پارسی‌جو"به‌عنوان چالش-های پیش‌رو بیان کرده‌اند. نهایتاً دانش‌آموزان در جهت رفع این چالش‌ها، راهکارهایی را ارائه کرده‌اند.
