واکاوی ابعاد و مولفه‌های اصلی در طراحی و پیاده‌سازی کتابخانه‌های هوشمند

چکیده

مقدمه: کتابخانه‌های آینده با آنچه در حال حاضر مشاهده می‌شود، بسیار متفاوت خواهند بود. مفهوم کتابخانه هوشمند می‌تواند به‌عنوان نام جدید و مناسبی برای آنها باشد. کتابخانه هوشمند گزینه‌ای برای ماندن در بازی و دفاع از دارایی‌های اساسی کتابخانه در جامعه هوشمند آینده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر آن است تا با بررسی و تحلیل متون حوزه کتابخانه‌های هوشمند، به واکاوی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های آن در طراحی و پیاده‌سازی کتابخانه هوشمند بپردازد.

روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر کیفی است و با استفاده از روش فراترکیب براساس مدل هفت مرحله‌ای سندلوسکی و باروسو انجام شد. مقالات و تولیدات علمی مرتبط با کتابخانه هوشمند در پایگاه‌های علمی معتبر بدون محدودیت زمانی و زبانی جستجو و تعداد 1800 عنوان مقاله بازیابی شد. پس از حذف عناوین تکراری و مقالات غیرمرتبط، در نهایت تعداد 194 عنوان مقاله جهت شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های کتابخانه هوشمند مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. تحلیل محتوای متون نیز با کمک نرم‌افزار مکس‌کیودا انجام شد.

یافته‌ها: تعداد 4336 کد براساس تحلیل محتوای 194 مقاله شناسایی شد. کدهای شناسایی‌شده در 8 بُعد و 76 مؤلفه برچسب‌گذاری شدند. این ابعاد شامل فناوری، خدمات، افراد، منابع، مکان، حکمرانی و مدیریت، مسائل حقوقی، اخلاقی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، و سیاسی، و نوآوری و خلاقیت هستند.

نتیجه‌گیری: اگرچه فناوری، به‌عنوان عامل اصلی و زیرساخت کتابخانه هوشمند است، بااین‌حال، باید به ابعاد دیگری چون خدمات، افراد، مکان، منابع، حکمرانی و مدیریت، مسائل حقوقی، اخلاقی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، سیاسی، و نوآوری و خلاقیت در ساخت کتابخانه هوشمند توجه نمود. البته باید این نکته را مدنظر قرار داد که در طراحی و اجرای کتابخانه هوشمند، باید به نیازها، امکانات و تجهیزات موجود و بودجه مورد نیاز توجه شود. هر کتابخانه ممکن است نیازها و منابع مختلفی داشته باشد که باید مورد توجه واقع شوند. در نتیجه، پیاده‌سازی کتابخانه‌های هوشمند نیازمند رویکرد چندبُعدی است که اجزای کلیدی مختلفی را در برمی‌گیرد.
