ویژگی‌های دانشجویان دکتری: یک مطالعه نظام‌مند بر اساس مدل کیچینهام و چارتر

چکیده

هدف: نیروی انسانی به عنوان مهم‌ترین سرمایه هر سازمان شناخته می‌شود و آموزش کارکنان برای ارتقای بهره‌وری آنها حیاتی است. دوره دکتری با ارائه آموزش‌های تخصصی در زمینه‌های مختلف، نقشی اساسی در تربیت نیروی کار ماهر و متخصص دارد. دانشجویان دکتری با کسب ویژگی‌هایی می‌توانند به عنوان نیروی کار ماهر در سازمان‌ها ایفای نقش کنند و به افزایش بهره‌وری و کارایی آنها کمک کنند. هدف مطالعه حاضر مروری نظام‌مند بر پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده در حوزه ویژگی‌های دانشجویان دوره دکتری به‌منظور شناسایی این ویژگی‌ها و تعیین وضعیت پژوهش‌ها در این زمینه و شکاف پژوهشی آن‌هاست.

روش: برای انجام این پژوهش از روشی نظام‌مند استفاده شده است. ابتدا پس از شناسایی و تعریف مساله، کار جستجوی کلیدواژه‌های تعیین شده از پایگاه‌های معتبر خارجی و داخلی آغاز شد که ۱۰۴۵ عنوان مقاله شناسایی شدند. طی سه مرحله پایش بر اساس عنوان، چکیده و محتوا بررسی و موارد غیرمرتبط و تکراری حذف شدند و در نهایت، 135 پژوهش (۹۲ عنوان پژوهش خارجی و ۴۳ عنوان داخلی) اعم از مقاله منتشر در مجله‌ها، مقاله ارائه شده به کنفرانس‌ها و یا اثر ارائه شده به عنوان پایان‌نامه‌ها شناسایی شدند.

یافته‌ها: پس از مطالعه سطر به سطر پژوهش‌ها، ویژگی‌ها در ۴ دسته «ویژگی‌های فردی»، «پژوهشی»، «آموزشی» و «حرفه‌ای» دسته‌بندی شدند. مولفه‌های ویژگی فردی در سه زیر مقوله «ویژگی‌های رفتاری»، «ویژگی‌های روانشناختی» و «اخلاق» و مولفه‌های «ویژگی‌های پژوهشی» در دو زیر موُلفه؟ « اخلاق پژوهش» و « تمرکز بر حوزه پژوهش خاص» و مولفه‌های «ویژگی‌های آموزشی» در دو زیر مولفه «یاددهی» و «یادگیری» و مولفه‌های «ویژگی‌ حرفه‌ای» در دو زیر مولفه «مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای» و «تعاملات حرفه‌ای» دسته‌بندی شدند.

نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نشان داد که ویژگی‌های آموزشی با توجه به اهمیت و نقش آن‌ها در دوره دکتری، کمتر مورد توجه پژوهشگران قرارگرفته‌است و نیاز به پژوهش‌های بیشتری دارد. خلأهای پژوهشی نیز در تمام مقولات اصلی و برخی مقولات فرعی پژوهش، به چشم می‌خورد
